  • Our facility has no kitchen or food prep/storage area; caterers must have food ready to serve upon arrival. All dishes and related items must be removed from the premises after the event and may not remain in the property overnight.
  • 6 three foot cocktail rounds (High Tops) are available at no additional cost for use.
  • 48 black folding chairs are available at no additional cost for use.
  • Cost of cleaning the venue is included in the rental prices; party host must remove all personal belongings and trash from the building before leaving.
  • If alcohol is served, a licensed bartender is required and a copy of their license must be provided for our records.
  • This is a historic 2 story building and no elevator is available. There is one interior staircase for use and handicapped accessibility is available on the first floor only. .
  • Maximum building capacity is 75. The bottom level is 50 and the upper level is 75 reception style, 50 seated in rounds with a dance floor and 60 seated in rounds with no dance floor.
  • Our sound equipment must be utilized in order to maintain harmony with the sound ordinance.
  • All payments must be made by credit card, PayPal or ApplePay.
  • All evening events must end at midnight and cleared out by 1:00 am.
  • Party host must check out with the venue host before leaving. Any physical damages will be assessed an additional minimum $250 charge until an estimate can be prepared.
  • One of our preferred caterers must be utilized.
  • There is a $250 Non-Refundable Deposit to reserve a desired date in addition to the rates below.
  • Tuesday – Friday      7am – Noon            $500
  • Saturday – Sunday   1/2 day  1 floor       $700
  • Saturday – Monday  1/2 day  2 floors     $1200
  • Sunday  –  Monday   Full day 2 floors     $2000

 Deposit must be paid before the venue date can be secured (see DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS). The remaining fees to secure your venue date must be paid no later than 7 days prior to your event date (no exceptions). All rentals above include setup and breakdown fees.
